PDF is a document format that allows users of different computer platforms (Windows, Mac, Unix, etc.) to see and print the document as it was originally formatted. All you need is an Adobe Acrobat Reader®, which you can download free of charge and is available for most operating systems.



When selecting the document, you have two download options.
1.   Left click the title and the document will open in your internet browser.
2.   Right click the title, select "Save Target As" and you can download the file to your hardrive.
